The razor is in a good used condition, it appears to be in a lightly used condition, black handle is in good order no cracks all pins good, blade measures 18mm across aproxx, blade is clean for age but does have some very light blemishes from age and use, no heavy rusting, very clean pivot, blade edge has no cracks or chips, could do with re-stropping, blade is marked Encore T Turner & Co Sheffield England, comes with a period box, box is a little tatty now but nice to have a period one, Would be a lovely addition to a collection of this type.
